This unique, luxurious, 4 bedroom villa is located in Playacar, Playa del
Carmen, the most popular beach town in the Riviera Maya.
Villa Santuario has two similar levels: "Relax" (upstairs)
and "Unwind" (downstairs). Villa Santuario can be booked as a 4 bedroom 4
bathroom villa which comfortably sleeps 8 or as two separate 2 bedroom 2
bathroom units.
This beautiful, sunny, villa overlooking jungle and garden is less than a
two-minute stroll to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. It also has a
quiet shared pool and a recently resurfaced tennis court close by.
The private garden and terraces of the villa are ideal places to sit and read or
just lay in the hammocks enjoying the tropics.
In addition there is a Sky Lounge on the roof, which is a fabulous place to
relax and unwind while sunbathing or watching the tropical sunset? with a frosty
margarita of course!
The large front windows and the open floor plan make for a bright and sunny
holiday escape. The fully equipped living and kitchen areas are joined by a
breakfast bar counter, over which the cook or bartender can share in living room
activities. There is also a full bathroom located off the living room and the
sofa folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Both levels have high
ceilings with the upper level ceilings reaching up to 13 feet.
Each level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 3-piece
en-suite marble bathroom and a private back terrace. The second bedroom has
either two twin beds or a king size bed. They each have a closet with shelves
that ensure ample storage.
The bedrooms are very quiet as they overlook a large banyan tree and cenote.
With the windows open, you can enjoy the sea breeze flowing through your room.
The living, dining, and all bedrooms of the villa are air-conditioned and also
have ceiling fans. Both levels have an in-suite washer and dryer, a safe for
your valuables, Sky satellite TV, a DVD player and wireless high speed internet
along with Ethernet data ports.
We also provide extras such as tennis rackets, beach umbrella, cooler and beach
chairs for your enjoyment.
As an added bonus for our guests, we make available our discounted all-inclusive
privileges at the Reef Club Hotel. Using our Playacar VIP card, you have access
to free beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day/full day
all-inclusive package with discount. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and
beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool
activities!
