Property Information

Villas Mayamar have been built in 2005 and are in walking distance to beach and town with several houses being available for vacation rentals.

Group C contains nine similar villas around the shared pool -most all of them exclusive vacation rentals.

Sailing is the theme of this Villa Mayamar Casa Vela - The Sail. The villa has large rooms with high ceilings, and air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Living and dining room are on the ground floor together with laundry room, fully equipped kitchen and the swimming pool right next to your patio.

On the second floor the spacious master bedroom features high ceilings, king size bed, walk in closet and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. A secluded upstairs terrace leads out of the master bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and private bath. This is a tastefully decorated villa with all amenities. 165m construction. Parking for two cars.

Sleeps 8 comfortably:
Master bedroom - 1 King size bed with private bath with Jacuzzi tub
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen sized beds, upstairs with private bath
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, downstairs with full bath

As an added bonus for our guests, we make available our discounted all-inclusive privileges at the Reef Club Hotel. Restrictions apply at the discretion of the Reef Club Hotel.

Reservation Policies
  1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
  2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
  3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
  4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
  5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
  6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. No smoking inside the property.
  10. Three night minimum stay.
  11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
  12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
  13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

  14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
  15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
  16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
