Property Information

The compound of Villas del Caribe is a brand-new development with-in walking distance to beach and town with seven houses being available for vacation rentals.

Designed with an open concept, the deluxe kitchen has custom cabinetry, high end appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops and bar seating for 4. The indoor dining table seats 6.

The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a stereo system with cd, and television with VHS, DVD, and satellite system with Canadian and American programming. The main floor guest suite has a king sized bed and deluxe bath with a large walk in shower.

Two more bedrooms are upstairs. The guest suite is bright and cheery, it's private ensuite has a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, satellite television with DVD & VHS, and a large open concept ensuite with large walk in shower and his and her basins. It also has a large terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

A futon and closet is located in the upstairs reading area in the event that extra sleeping space is required.

The full length covered ground terrace overlooks a large shared swimming pool that provides a perfect setting for group gatherings from the elements with lounge chairs surrounding the pool for sun worshippers. The gas barbeque and patio tables provide enough space for 8 to dine outdoors.

Villas del Caribe are located on the 10th fairway of Playacar's Robert Von Hagge golf course with a 5 minute walk to the club house.

Playa Del Carmen's famous Fifth Avenue with its fabulous shops and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.

As an added bonus for our guests, we make available our discounted all-inclusive privileges at the Reef Club Hotel. Restrictions apply at the discretion of the Reef Club Hotel.

Reservation Policies
  1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
  2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
  3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
  4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
  5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
  6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. No smoking inside the property.
  10. Three night minimum stay.
  11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
  12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
  13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

  14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
  15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
  16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
