Villas del Caribe is a brand-new development in walking distance to beach and town with several house being available for vacation rentals starting August 2005.

From the moment you enter this luxury vacation home you will be able to leave the hustle of the real world behind. The Villa was designed and decorated with Caribbean living and relaxation in mind.

The open concept main floor has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all of the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The indoor dining table seats 8. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a stereo system with cd, and television with VHS, DVD, and satellite system with Canadian and American programming. The main floor guest suite is decorated with a jungle theme. It has a king sized bed and private ensuite with a large walk in shower.

Two more bedrooms are located upstairs. The guest suite is decorated in a Caribbean theme and has two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king. Its private ensuite has a bath tub with shower. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, satellite television with dvd & vhs, and a large open concept ensuite with large walk in shower and his and her basins. It also has two terraces; one that overlooks the back yard and is perfect for morning coffee/evening cocktails, and the other with its beautiful view of the golf course is ideal for lounging in the Caribbean sun. A futon is located in the upstairs foyer in the event that extra sleeping space is required.

As outdoor living is extremely important, a terrace in the front overlooks a large shared swimming pool that provides a perfect setting for group gatherings, while the private pool in back yard allows for total escapism. The covered outdoor living room allows for protection from the elements and 6 lounge chairs surround the pool for sun worshippers. The gas barbeque and patio tables provide enough space for 8 to dine outdoors.

Rayos Del Sol is located on the 10th fairway of Playacar?s ?Robert Von Hagge? golf course and is a 5 minute walk to the club house. Playa Del Carmen?s famed Fifth Avenue with its fabulous shops and restaurants is a 15 minute walk.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
