Casa Macaw has 4 bedrooms,5 baths, and a private pool and has been totally remodeled from the floors on up. Top quality materials and furnishings make this the most spectacular villa in Villas del Mayab.

Professionally redesigned and decorated to provide 4 bedrooms, each with large en suite baths and an eclectic mix of Mexican and Spanish style. Stone floors, granite counter tops, walk in glass showers, expanded kitchen suited for any gourmet cook with custom cabinetry and large island outfitted with all modern amenities. Dishwasher and a large laundry room add to your comfort.

The home is fully air conditioned with remote controlled hand regulators.

The ground floor consists of the spacious living room with ultra suede sofas and loungers, flat screen TV and Satellite service, a formal dining room seating eight, the custom kitchen, a covered outdoor terrace and one master with a king bed and en suite bath that overlooks the new private pool. The half bath for guests is in the foyer.

Upstairs is a grand master suite with king bed, custom furniture, a sitting area and desk for your laptop - high speed internet is included, another TV, and a grand bath with corner Jacuzzi and double sinks in the custom vanity. The 14x14 foot terrace for sunning is shared with the round domed master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Finally the fourth bedroom has a set of twins that can be made up as a king. A small balcony for two overlooks
garden and pool.

All bedrooms are 16x16 feet or more.

The aviary behind the garden area provides a private back yard. The cages have been moved to a new location, eliminating the bird noises. A hotel sized common pool and tennis court are on the grounds for your use.

Many guests enjoy this shaded area during the hottest afternoon hours. At night the palapa is illuminated, offering a comfortable place to reflect on the day while listening to the sounds of tropical birds.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
