Casa Linda is a beautiful, private, residential vacation
rental home located
in Playacar Phase 1 in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
This tropical home is at the end of a quiet street
opposite a beautiful Mayan ruin. It's just a one-minute
stroll to the white sandy beaches, over 100 feet wide since
the beach reclamation. It's within walking distance of
downtown shopping and restaurants, a tropical bird aviary,
Cenotes, tennis courts, and an 18-hole championship golf
course.
The double lot allows for a large yard with extensive
gardens surrounding a beautiful pool. The first level of
Casa Linda consists of a large family room with TV, where 2
new fold out sofas for additional guests have been
installed.
Open the windows and it is filled with the ocean
breeze. Or turn on the air conditioning found through out
the house. There is a small but complete kitchen for snacks,
lunch and an extra coffee maker and blender for those pool
side drinks, and a microwave as well as a refrigerator and
stove top.
Next is a full laundry room. Then there is the first
bedroom, with twin beds that can be made up as a king and a
full bath. This floor could be used as a suite for
grandparents or as a get away for one couple. If there is a
large group or a family up to 6 persons can all be in this
private area.
There is also a small bedroom with 1 twin bed and private
bath with outside private entrance located off the covered
terrace that leads to the pool. This is not suited for young
children.
The second level of Casa Linda consists of a fully
furnished and equipped kitchen, a dining room, a laundry
room, a half bath, and a living room with TV, VCR and stereo. There is a selection of videos, books,
and games for your entertainment. Also on this level you
will find two large terraces - one comfortably furnished
with wicker - sitting and dining areas - from which you can
view the ocean or the private swimming pool and gardens. The
gas grill is right outside the kitchen for additional
cooking, and the other terrace is great for early morning
coffee or a quiet nap.
The third level consists of the master suite with a
king-size bed, sitting area, and small a terrace, and a
private bath with a tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are
on this level. One bedroom has two twin-size beds which can
be made up as a king, and a private bath.
The fourth bedroom has a private covered outside
entrance, a queen-size bed and a private bath. All of the
bedrooms are air conditioned and have breathtaking ocean
views.
On the fourth level there is both an open and a covered
rooftop terrace, with gorgeous panoramic views of Playa del
Carmen and the Caribbean. It is everyone's favorite place.
The maid comes in 4 - 6 times a week to keep the house
clean and tidy. Our property manager will come by to check
on you often to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay at
Casa Linda.
