Property Information

Villa Oasis is a beautiful home just recently remodeled, with the addition of a new fresh water swimming pool in 1998 and additional rooms in 2002.

Located on a large corner lot in a nice residential area, this villa is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the Main Plaza of San Miguel. The Plaza is great for all types of shopping, dining and entertainment.

The utmost in privacy is assured by an eight foot high wall completely surrounding the property. Upon entering the front gate you are surrounded by a beautiful and lush front garden complete with covered patio, large pool with rock water fall and the island's wonderful tropical foliage. A short pathway leads you to the front door of the villa. The villa is shaped like a large "L" with the front door being right in the middle. Upon entering, to the left is a short hallway leading to the bedrooms. Both are very large and nicely furnished and each with its own full bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin size beds, the second has two double beds and the third has a double bed. These rooms amply accommodate up to 8 persons.

Also entering the front door and directly in front of you is a second door leading out onto the back yard. This area is small but includes a nice patio with table and chairs for any outdoor dining or relaxing.

To the right of the front door is the living area. This space is extremely large and includes a beautifully appointed living room and dining room. This area also includes a small stereo system, local telephone and big screen television with local cable. At the far end of this living area is the large kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Villa Oasis is a bright and airy home. Sparkling with clean white walls, nice decorations, ceiling fans and numerous large panned windows and patio doors. The bedroom area of the home has individual air conditioning units to suit your preference. The main part of the villa is centrally air conditioned.

Reservation Policies
  1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
  2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
  3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
  4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
  5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
  6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. No smoking inside the property.
  10. Three night minimum stay.
  11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
  12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
  13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

  14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
  15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
  16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
