Property Information

The Casa Marcos is a beautiful, completely private home located four blocks from the waterfront in San Miguel. This home has just recently been purchased by a U.S. family and has been completely remodeled and furnished. The interior appointments are outstanding with all imported furnishings, appliances, full air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Casa Marcos includes a living room/dining room combination with satellite television, stereo and telephone for local calls. The large, fully-equipped kitchen offers a snack bar for your convenience. There is also a family room with a comfortable sofa, two chairs, satellite television/VCR and a single-size day bed.

All rooms, including the bedrooms, are very roomy and are cooled by individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans. One bedroom comes with queen and twin-size beds and a walk-in closet and dresser. Bedroom number two comes with a queen-size bed. The closet here is small but there is a large dresser to store your clothing articles. These two bedrooms share a nice full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, satellite television, telephone and full bathroom.

The large back yard is completely walled-in and has beautiful vegetation. There is a brand new swimming pool, palapa hut and lawn furniture. There is a half bath with exclusive access from the back yard for your convenience.

Casa Marcos is extremely comfortable and well furnished. It possesses all the little extras to help make your vacation truly wonderful.

Location: On Calle 8 North between 15th and 20th Avenues.

Reservation Policies
  1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
  2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
  3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
  4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
  5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
  6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. No smoking inside the property.
  10. Three night minimum stay.
  11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
  12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
  13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

  14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
  15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
  16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
