This beautiful 3 story ocean front villa is a very special Cozumel Vacation Villa. Villa Loyd sits on a natural coral rock foundation with a natural laguna, giving you the luxury of viewing Cozumel's tropical fish from your own vacation home.

A colorful landscaped garden opens into the home's entrance hall. The living area is straight ahead and overlooks the ocean and the town of San Miguel, the heart of Cozumel. To your left is the kitchen and dining room. In this home every room has a seaside balcony. The game room below, with a game table, sitting area and wet bar, can be seen from this level due to the openness of the architectural design.

Beautifully decorated throughout in famous hand carved Mexican colonial furniture from Guadalajara, the Villa Loyd offers central air conditioning for your comfort.

The master bedroom has a double bed, private dressing area and full bath. The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds with a private bathroom. The lower level bedroom has twin beds with a bathroom off the hall. This bedroom has a patio that leads to the private man-made beach and the sparkling blue-green waters of the Caribbean.

The game room offers access to the man-made beach as well. The attached pier overlooking the laguna give the visitor a spectacular night view of the cruise ships visiting Cozumel. The garden has night lighting enhancing the beauty of the sea. Access into the water is easy with a ladder for diving and snorkeling. A fresh water shower to wash off the salt water and a furnished patio to care for your diving equipment are conveniently located next to the beach. This laguna and surrounding coral provides for excellent snorkeling.

**NOTE: Because of the stairs, openness of the Laguna and pier, the Villa Loyd is not recommended for families with children under ten years of age.

Location: Villa Loyd is the first private residence north of Cozumel's town center. It is just south of Puerto de Abrigo, Cozumel's yacht club.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
