Villa La Sirena

Villa La Sirena is one of the five townhouses that make up Las Villas Mar y Sol. This townhouse's patio adjoins that of El Delfin, which makes the pair perfect for large families.

The floor plans are very similar. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor.

Villa La Sirena has two bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and a third bedroom with bath on the third floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, and a balcony. The other second-story bedroom faces the ocean and has twin beds and a balcony. The third-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath.

This home is furnished with rattan furniture and features a central air condition. There are pictures and plants throughout to accentuate the tropical feeling of island living. Between the patio and the palapa on the beach are attractive plantings in a verdant lawn, just the thing for getting the sand off the feet (a small basin with water supply is provided at the edge of the patio for getting rid of what's left).

With its location next to the Paradisus Hotel on the north and a short walk down the beach on the south to the Cozumele? Hotel, Villa La Sirena provides the advantages of having your own home away from home with a complete array of services.

Rental equipment is available for jet-skiing, wind-surfing, paddle-boating, snorkeling, and more at the Paradisus.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
