Casa Diane

You'll love the outdoor living areas in the Casa Diane. Large lot is lush with tropical plants and trees. The freshwater swimming pool beckons in the private backyard/patio/garden area. The pool has a shallow end for tots and deeper area for swimmers.

A large covered poolside patio area has plenty of space with table and chairs, lounge chairs, sofa and decorative pottery; this is a perfect spot for sipping silly drinks or for morning coffee.

Inside, the Diane is airy and clean with bright white floor tile throughout the villa. Street side just behind the privacy wall is the front door; a second entry leads to the patio/pool area. The living area has two large rattan sofas and chairs. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has seating for 8.

The kitchen is complete with all appliances, dishes and utensils and plenty of cabinets and counter space. Blue and white decorative tile add a Mexican flavor to the kitchen.

Master bedroom has king size bed and shares a bathroom which is located between two bedrooms. Master bedroom also has cable TV and VCR and lots of closet space for storage. Second bedroom, which shares bath with the master bedroom has a double bed and lots of closet space. The third bedroom overlooks the patio/pool area and has two twin beds, cable tv and plenty of closet space.

The Casa Diane is conveniently located in a residential area. The ocean is only 3 blocks away, and shopping/restaurants and central plaza are just a casual walk away.

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
