Casa Corales

Casa Corales is the largest property in the Mar Y Sol development, located north of town about three miles (between El Cozumeleno and Paradisus). This four-bedroom oceanfront property has three baths and central air.

As you drive up to the property, there is a covered carport for your rental villa. Outside the front entry is a large porch with a wood panel door with stained glass sidelights. There is a half-bath off the entry area.

Down one step is a large living area which has two separate seating areas. One in an area with built-in bookcase/shelving units and a second area with sofas and satellite TV. Glass doors from the living area take you to an outisde patio area overlooking the ocean. There are only palm trees, a palapa and lounge chairs between you and the turquoise water.

A dining room with seating for six overlooks the ocean and glass doors open to the outdoor patio. A full kitchen is just on the other side of the dining area and is pleasantly decorated with bright yellow tile, wood cabinetry with stained glass detail and track lighting.

Quality trimmed wood stair with matching railing take you to the second level where there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king and a single bed, roomy closets, private bath and glass doors to second story patio area. Second bedroom has a king size bed, closets for storage and beautiful ocean views; there is a full bath just outside this bedroom off the hallway. Third bedroom on this level is the master suite which features a king size bed, private bath, windows toward the ocean and glass doors that open to the patio. On the third level is another bedroom with king, double, and single bed and ocean views.

Outside, there are great living areas with a patio just off the living/dining area, a hammock between two coconut palms, a small palapa near the water's edge and, of course, the beautiful blue waters of the sea.

Casa Corales is fully air-conditioned with two central air-conditioning units. This home also has the option of DirecTV in English. On the second floor, the master bedroom suite comes with one king and one twin size bed, private bathroom, and dressing area. The second bedroom, likewise, has a king and a twin size bed and a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor and has one king and one double bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bathroom is located in the hallway on the second level. All of the bedrooms have sea views.

This beach has easy access to the water. While right in front of the house is a mixture of sand and limestone, at the boundary of the property the beach turns to pure sand. So it's ideal for small children. Dive boat pickup can also be arranged at no extra charge!

1. Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 14% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
2. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
3. Your rental needs to be paid in USD by check or money order.
4. A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
5. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. A US 250 handling fee applies for all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
6. If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
8. No pets allowed.
9. No smoking inside the property.
10. Three night minimum stay.
11. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
12. All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the property description our vacation homes include maid service three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.

14. We will email you directions and entry procedures around two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
15. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
16. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
