Scuba Diving Classes

Never tried and always wanted to? Try a one day discover scuba diving program!
A beginners course may take 3 to 5 days. Divers as young as twelve years old can learn to dive. Fully certified, multilingual and experienced dive instructors will teach you to dive in a safe and easy way, even if only for one day!

From beginngers to technical diving classes most everything is available.
For advanced classes you may want to make a reservation with the dive store of your choice before arrival.

Ocean Diving

Under the crystal clear waters, visitors will find one of the most beautiful coral reefs with an impressive array of tropical fish darting about, including marine turtles and sting rays. The water temperature and clarity allows for scuba diving all year round.
Dive depth is between 10 and 30 meters and, because of the strong presence of ocean currents in the Yucatan channel, most dives are done by the technique of drift diving.

Cenote Diving

The ground surface in the Yucatan Pensinsula is made of thin limestone, which rain water easily filters through to form underground rivers. In some places, the ground above these rivers has weakened and collapsed over time. These openings are called cenotes. Cenotes are the doors to this amazing aquatic system. A guided Cenote dive lets you take a peak in this amazing world boosting visibility up to 100 feet in cristal clear fresh water. 

Cave Diving

Cave diving is a highly technical sport and requires serious certification as well as physical and mental fitness. If cave diving is for you don't miss the opportunity to dive the underground cave system covering the Yucatan Peninsula. Exploration is still in progress and there are still virgin caves to dive. Sometimes alone the ride to the destination is an adventure itself. Many specialized technical dive shops are offering their services in and around Playa del Carmen.

Royal Swim

This is, undoubtedly, the most famous program and can be summarized in two words: action and speed. The most thrilling moment is during the foot-push, when you feel all the strength of your new friends while they push you across the water from the bottom of your feet. Snorkel or Fishing Cruise

Snorkel the the world second largest Barrier Reef and explore the breathing underwater world of the Caribbean Sea with experienced snorkel guides. Spot corals and exotic fish or stretch out on deck and relax.

Sunset Cocktail or Dinner Cruise (Seasonal)

While sailing the sparkling Caribbean Sea, smiling faces serve Mexican snacks and/or dinner and tropical drinks from our full open bar.
Experience the colorful sunset yourself and dance to the rhythms of the music, make new friends or just relax and enjoy these romantic moments.

The Yucatan Peninsulas peak fishing season runs from early March through early July when Sailfish and Marlin are migrating through the channel. During these months the Puerto Aventuras marina fills up with yachts with only one thing in mind - SAILFISH.
Blue and White Marlin are abundant from May to September, while Dolphin, Wahoo and Bonito are generally around from February to September. Mackerel and Amber Jacks can be found in the beginning of the year, but year-round fishing will give rise to plenty of opportunity to catch Barracuda, Snapper, Grouper and even Shark.
Sport fishing is one of the biggest attractions in the area, and the waters off the coast of the Riviera Maya are considered one of the best hotspots for sailfish and white marlin worldwide.

Sky Tour

Experience the ultimate in sight seeing. During this 25 minute tour, you'll fly with a professional pilot from the Playa airport right over town and up and down the Mayan Riviera. Sky Diving

Tandem is one of the most popular skydiving programs.
While attached to your jumpmaster, you will exit the plane from 10,000 feet. After 45 second freefall, you and your instructor will be suspended in a dual harness below an oversized ram-air canopy. While under canopy, the instructor will assist you in guiding the canopy to a soft, on-target landing on the beach. Experience the best adrenalin rush ever!
